Extreme Care have the following First Aid courses running in March:

REC level 1, 8 Hour First Aid

Saturday 20th or Saturday 27th March 2010

Cost £55 per person

Location 5 mins from junction 47 of the M1 (East of Leeds)


REC level 2 16 Hour Emergency First Aid

Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st or Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th March 2010

Cost £110 per person

Location 5 mins from junction 47 of the M1 (East of Leeds)


We are the only paddler specific First Aid training company in the UK. (i.e. we only provide first aid training not BCU courses and first aid training as an extra)

We are corporate members of the Association of First Aiders.

We are fully insured for both Public liability and medical indemnity.

We are HSE approved course providers.

We supply our services both to the BCU and ICF.

We are active paddlers and working first aiders.


Numbers are limited to 6 per course (we aim to provide quality training not quantitiy).
