Sorry to hear that Helen has decided to retire. Such a shame when a person has obviously got so much talent and natural ability. Im sure you will all agree she must have been one of the best female paddlers to ever have represented this country. Good luck in the future Helen. x

Even though i do agree that helen would have done very well for us in the international races this year i feel that we should really be congratulating those girls who did actually get selected for the team. The issue with the wind at the gate could have happened to any of the girls and maybe helen ...
