Hi, I am currently recovering from shoulder surgery (sub-acromial decompression carried out 14th Feb) and am desperate for advice on how long it will take to get back on the water. hi mark as the acm is being held at a prem/1 event.next year how about holding it at a div 2/3/4 event so lower ranked paddlers can have a say.
