:D SEPA site shows slight rise last night, so River levels should be more than reasonable. Met office forecast reasonable weather for today and saturday with showers Sunday for Aberfeldy Should be a good weekend, shame I will miss out ! :( Justy have to have lots of fun with my two wee boys instead :p

Course being set out today, moved upstream to the sweeping bend above the normal start at the West end of the camping field. All other aspects campsite etc remains as normal. River is dropping but the water table remains high so any rain between now and over weekend will show in rise in water levels.

Never mentioned excitement, liable to move away from exciting to meet with requirements of Div 4. I suppose we can paddle off to the Horseshoe between runs for the excitement.

Well done Campbell, Stu and Nick in qualification. Could Campbell be keeping some reserve for tomorrow and hence the slow down at gate 17 (as also undertaken by Schmidt).

All look strong prospects for medals.

SEPA Gauge shows a significant rise in water level yesterday evening, but peak seems to have passed and levels are dropping around the area.

Ed - Worthwhile checking level on gauge when you were there and providing a few pointers for future reference

Talking to Jim last night, Tweed is running very high. Selkirk crew to take decision today on course. Plan to go ahead but course may be moved away from the horseshoe.

Not sure about these additional Penalties - hope it isn't GBR Judges on the problem gates.

If you were a Scot you will have developed an ear filter when listening to BBC Commentators that removes most of the cr**.
