Online Calendar Application Process - Feedback Requested

While it is fresh in your memory...

How did you find the calendar application process - what could be improved for next year? what just didn't work?

There are two parts to the process:
- the initial application process leading up to the ACM - this really does have technical and non-technical (ie negotiating) aspect
- The post ACM requirement to return the detailed information needed for the yearbook

Please indicate if you were new to placing the applications, ie you have not experienced the "paper" forms.
Kit Washer, Entry Clerk, Chauffeur, Reluctant Organiser, Online Entry Advocate .....
