Greetings from the British Canoeing and Club Support Team,
We hope you are fit and well
As we begin to come out of lock down and the beginnings of a return to competitive paddling are starting to emerge, clubs are starting to think of the future and their potential. To support your club British Canoeing have recently developed an accreditation scheme that looks to support you in the development of talented young paddlers and we would like to help you build on this success.
The “Talent Club Champion” accreditation scheme is part of British Canoeing’s recently developed Club Improvement Program where clubs can “Shout Out “about things they are proud of whilst at the same time offering an opportunity to check and challenge themselves to develop best practice. It can also form part of your clubs development towards Talent Club Associate or partner if that is of interest.
We are inviting a first cohort of Affiliated Clubs who want to find out more, to join us for a webinar to run through the benefits, the process and the support available if you wish to take up the offer you can book on to the online session on the 26th May at 7pm, here https://britishcanoeing.azolve.com/Work ... ry=Webinar, the hope is that we can continue the sessions to enable discussion both between clubs and with the Club Support Team on how to best support your talented paddlers.
The Talent Club Champion framework is available in the “Club House”, or please contact a member of the Club Support Team for more information
We do hope you or a representative from your club can join us , if you have any queries please don’t hesitate to ask
Many thanks
Russ
