www.powerballs.com

They are so cool, I got 11702 rpm so far.

Me and harry have now both got one. There excelent at building wrist strength and the muscle/ tendon that is conected to the bysep on the upper side of the fore arm which is really good for forward accaleration strokes.

look at the Top100 scoreboard. theres some one doing 15027 rpm

I've been selling them for about 4 years, only difference, mine dont have the rev counter, you have to use the Mk1 Elementary Audio Revolutions (EAR) counter.

Have you tried one in each hand going in opposite directions?

bit of an echo there.

For single males with no female baggage, they can help to improve the quality of your lonely sex life.

For canoeists they help to develope the grip strength and also condition the forearms, you can feel the lactic in the forearms if you work it hard enough. The good thing is that there are no heavy weights damaging muscles, tendons etc.

11702 rpm!!! woose

So over a month later, are you up at 15000 or given up as a fad? ???
