National Inter-Club Finals September 12th, 13th & 14th 2008
Important advance notice re caravans, campervans etc.
As you may be aware the Bedfordshire Borough bend over backwards to allow us to camp and caravan at the Inter-Club events.
There has been growing concern re fire safety on the picnic area where most caravans and campervans tend to park. This year we have been given notice that only 15 units will be allowed to park on the picnic area with sensible spacing between each unit. All other units over 15 MUST park in the meadow just behind the picnic area there is plenty of room.
Please cooperate with the following: please do not reserve places - if you wish to be next to friends and family use the meadow. If you need to have a tent next to your unit you must again use the meadow.
Camping and caravanning will be available from Thursday midday 11th to Monday midday 12th .
Please do assist the campsite stewards by complying with their requests they will be patrolling the area.
