thanks to all those who came to support the Pinkston race the weekend, particularly those who travelled up from south of the border. The weather could have been better but it was great to see everyone together enjoying the racing.
Well done to Remi Baudot with the fastest time of 99 seconds with the rest of the times all over 110 seconds. The course was a pretty technical Division 1 and the paddlers certainly found the course hard as the penalties incurred shows.
A big thanks to Vanessa and her band of helpers who fed 70 for the curry night in the evening and to Lesley and Wilma and their helpers for the catering during the day.
