Yes Folks the Annual Meeting is NEXT SATURDAY!

If you are coming,

Remember to bring your own packed lunch and, although there are a small number of cups in HQ, your should bring your own mug
If you are going to be voting you will need to prove your National Association membership, so bring your membership card.
Votes must be exercised by the nominated club rep, or send a proxy authorising someone else to vote for the club (e.g. another club member)
Registration from 9:00, come along and say 'Hi' to Mrs C P Paddler
Starting at 10:00am

If you cannot make it, you can still get your views represented, just get send me the proxy form. I will accept these electronically, email address in the year book.

So far only seven clubs have registered an interest in slalom for next year, please nesure teh forms are completed and returned. In some cases this affects teh number of votes (or even if you get a vote) as they are effective for this meeting.
