I've created an entry card template for Prem and Div 1 only. You can download, fill in, print, sign and post this paper entry card with your fee instead of the blue card. It's not perfect but typing it makes it more legible for the organiser.
Sorry, for Div 2-4 , you still need a blue card as the results are recorded on the back of the blue card (Div 1 and Prem use the timing team print outs for results instead of the blue cards).
